Over the weekend of 21 and 22 March 2026, major changes will be made to Switch’s email infrastructure. As a result, some emails sent on Saturday, 21 March 2026, between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm may not be delivered at all or may be delayed.
The following actions will therefore not be available, or will be available only with some delay in the edu-ID account management:
- Account creation
- Password reset
- Adding email addresses
- Account linking via email
We recommend carrying out these actions before or after the weekend.

Please provide one of the e-mail addresses associated with your edu-ID account. You will then receive an e-mail with a verification code or a list of other options if you don't have access to your e-mail inbox anymore.
